Company History

Sage & Hermes was founded in August 1994.

From 1994 to 2001, the company was advisor at the highest levels on the investment management process, business strategy and positioning to several global financial institutions, including a leading fund management house in Germany, a top-10 global insurance company, international investment banks and consultancy groups.
