If you prefer, please email us at enquiries@sageandhermes.com and we’ll be delighted to send you an order form electronically or by post.

Refunds
Under EU law, you have a seven working day 'cooling-off' period in which you may return items. Items returned in original condition will be eligible for a full refund.
Returns must be packaged securely, and will only be accepted where previous authorisation has been gained.
Delivery charges will only be refunded if notification of cancellation is received before the items have been shipped.
None of these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
